Party Details:
Reasons to have a painting party:
Girl’s Night Out, Bridal Shower, Bachelorette Party, Baby Shower, Birthday Party, Kids Birthday Party (boys and girls of any age), Holiday Party, Just Because, Church Group Activity, Celebrate with Your Team or Staff, or Whatever Reason You Can Come Up With!
Bubbly and Brushes
General Information:
-Hostess is free with 5 or more guests.
-Guest payment is $30.00
-Canvas size is 16”x20”
-Minimum party attendance is 5 guests (8 guests for distances over an hour away.

Hostess Responsibilities:
-Go to Pinterest, find a painting you and your guests would like to paint, and email it to me. I can help you with this part, if need be.
-Send out the invitations, gather R.S.V.P., and provide the final number of guests.
-Collect guest payment for the party from each of your guests (either before or at the party). I can take cash and checks. Please make checks payable to Andrea Shepherd.
-Provide the space and seating (home, church, community room, etc.).
-Provide the snacks and bubbly of your choice (wine, champagne, soda, sparkling juice, etc.).
-Help me welcome your guests.
My Responsibilities:
-Make sure you, the hostess, have all the information you need, and answer any of your questions.
-Provided the painting supplies.
-Arrive at least a half hour before start time to set up and help you with anything you have left to do.
-Set up on the tables you have provided.
-Collect the guest payment from you.
-Help you welcome your guests.
-Provide the painting lesson throughout the party and help you and your guest feel successful.
-Provide games and prizes throughout the party to keep things fun and upbeat.
-Clean up my supplies, load my car, and if you would like, help you clean up.

Kid’s Birthday Party Details:
General Information:
-Birthday child is free with 5 or more guests.
-Canvas sizes and prices to fit any party budget.
-Minimum party attendance is 5 guests (8 guests for distances over an hour away.

-Go to Pinterest, find an age appropriate painting you would like to have your young guests paint, and email it to me. I can help you with this part, if need be.
-Pick and tell me what canvas size fits your party budget.
-Send out the invitations, gather R.S.V.P., and provide the final number of guests.
-If your child’s guests are paying, please collect their payment for the party (either before or at the party). I can take cash and checks. Please make checks payable to Andrea Shepherd.
